1. What is The Modern Collective?

The Modern Collective is a multi-brand lifestyle house featuring The Modern Room (home décor & furniture), The Modern Heiress (planners & journals), and Modern Scents (self-care & wellness products). All three brands are available in one seamless shopping experience.

2. Do all items ship together?

Not always. Because our collections include furniture, planners, journals, and wellness products, shipments may arrive separately depending on warehouse location or product size.

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United States and Canada. If you're located outside the U.S., please contact our support team to inquire about shipping options.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the brand and location.

On average: In-stock items:

  • Processing 2-4 days
  • Shipping 3-14 days

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to log into your account to view real-time updates and monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Can I return or exchange items?

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, undamaged items (excluding planners, journals, bath products, and digital downloads).

Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us with photos within 48 hours and our team will replace your item or issue a solution promptly.

8. Are Modern Scents bath products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our bath sands, shooters, scrubs, masks and all other wellness items are handcrafted in small batches with high-quality ingredients to ensure freshness, quality, and attention to detail.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, review the ingredient list on each product page before use.

9. Do you offer wholesale, gift sets or bundles?

Yes. Wholesale pricing is available for select items from all three brands. We also offer beautifully curated bundles perfect for gifting. Seasonal bundles may also be available.

10. Do you offer home design services through The Modern Room?

Yes! We offer virtual room design, mood boards, furniture recommendations, and full styling consultations.
